Broadcasters Sue New York ?TV Anywhere? Startup Aereo
A mere two weeks after the beta launch of Aereo ? an ?anywhere? broadcast television service scheduled to formally launch in New York City in just another two weeks ? broadcasters filed two federal lawsuits accusing the service of violating copyright law and seeking to shut it down before it acquires its first paying customer.
